Yamamoto Paper is a Japanese paper-related company founded in 1972, originally operating as a paper wholesaler. Since 2005, the company has utilized its knowledge of paper and processing techniques to plan, develop, and manufacture original paper products. The company is characterized by its focus on the properties of paper and writing feel in product development.

This writing pad is part of Yamamoto Paper’s series and uses Bank Paper, a high-quality writing paper originally developed by Mitsubishi Paper in 1960 for bank ledgers. Bank Paper combines several types of softwood and hardwood pulps with cotton, carefully beaten to create a dense, resilient paper with a smooth writing surface and excellent strength.

It is a reliable paper suitable for office use. Yamamoto Paper selects this paper after thorough writing tests. This series was developed to document the writing experience of papers that may be discontinued in the future.

- High opacity allows for use on both sides of the page. 
- Uniform finish with minimal difference between front and back. 
- Features the Mitsubishi Paper “THREE DIAMONDS” watermark. 
- “One-sided binding” keeps the spine covered by the cover while securing the pages, allowing the pad to open flat easily.
- Includes an A5 backing sheet (12mm lined / 6mm grid).
