All orders placed on our online store are shipped from Japan.

We use DHL Express for all international deliveries to ensure fast, secure, and reliable shipping. Our goal is to provide a smooth, worry-free delivery experience for all customers.

 


 

Order Fulfillment

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the following Monday

  • Orders placed during Japanese national holidays will be processed on the next business day

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping

Orders with a product subtotal of USD $150 or more qualify for free shipping.
(Product subtotal refers to the total value of products only, excluding taxes and duties.)

Flat Rate Shipping

Orders under USD $150 will be charged a flat shipping fee of USD $25.

Shipping fees are displayed in your local currency at checkout.

 


 

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (DDU)

All international orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

This means that import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes (such as VAT or GST) are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Depending on your country, these charges may be collected by the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery.

We ensure all necessary customs documentation is properly prepared to support a smooth delivery process.

 


 

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped:

  • A tracking number will be sent via email

  • You can monitor shipment status on the DHL website

Please allow 48 hours, after shipping, for the tracking information to become available.


 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please be advised that we are unable to accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Shipping or billing address changes

  • Contact information updates

  • Item or quantity modifications

  • Any other order details

Requests submitted after processing will not be accommodated.

 


 

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:

  • Failure to pay required fees

  • Customs clearance issues

  • Refusal to accept the shipment without prior notice

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Any other circumstances that make delivery impossible

and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs, including but not limited to:

  • Original shipping fee

  • Return shipping charges

  • Handling fees

  • Any applicable customs duties or taxes

Orders returned or marked as failed delivery without prior approval from our customer service team are not eligible for a refund.

In exceptional circumstances where a refund is approved, all related costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the returned package arrives back in acceptable condition, a refund may be processed after deducting the applicable fees.
However, if the shipment is discarded, destroyed, or otherwise unrecoverable during the return process, no refund will be issued.

We are not responsible for decisions made during this process and are under no obligation to provide details beyond official tracking records.

We do not offer reshipments in such cases. The transaction will be considered final.
