If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us with your order number and relevant details. Our support team will review your case and assist you accordingly.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference, change of mind, or ordering mistakes.

 


 

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Refunds are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items.

 


 

2. Return Approval & Process

All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team.

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

To request approval:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and detailed information about the issue

Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Conditions

Approved returns must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging and accessories

  • Include proof of purchase

Items showing signs of use, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

 


 

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: within 10 business days after approval

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund

  • Refunds cannot be issued via bank transfer or alternative methods

If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.

Refund Scope

  • Refunds apply to the item price only

  • Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

  • For partial returns, only the returned items will be refunded

Return shipping costs, customs charges, and losses caused by unapproved returns are the customer's responsibility.

 


 

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the packing or processing stage.

This includes:

  • Unwanted purchases

  • Ordering errors

  • Change of mind

5. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost or missing:

Customers must contact us within 30 days from the shipment date
OR
within 14 days from the last tracking update, whichever comes first.

Cases reported after this period may not be eligible for investigation, compensation, or refund.

Our team will investigate with the shipping carrier and determine the appropriate resolution.

 


 

6. Failed or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Failure to pay customs or import charges

  • Customs clearance issues

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Any circumstance making delivery impossible

the customer will be responsible for all associated costs, including but not limited to:

  • Original shipping fee

  • Return shipping charges

  • Handling fees

  • Applicable customs duties and taxes

Orders returned without prior approval from our customer service team are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds for Returned Shipments

In exceptional cases where a refund is approved:

  • All associated costs will be deducted from the refund amount

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned shipment

If the shipment is:

  • Discarded

  • Destroyed

  • Deemed unrecoverable

No refund will be issued.

We are not responsible for decisions made by customs authorities or shipping carriers during this process and are not obligated to provide details beyond official tracking records.

Reshipments are not offered in these cases.
All transactions will be considered final.
