Shipping terms, delivery estimates, and destinations are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Unless otherwise stated, orders are shipped under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. Import duties, customs clearance fees, and applicable taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Depending on the destination country and current regulations, such charges may be assessed and collected by the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
8. RISK OF LOSS & PROOF OF DELIVERY
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
If tracking shows successful delivery or attempted delivery at the provided address, the order is considered fulfilled.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and coordinating with carriers when necessary.
9. FAILED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
If delivery fails due to refusal, incorrect address, customs issues, or other recipient-related reasons, handling will follow our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, including cost allocation and refund eligibility.
10. OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the use of third-party tools.

17. LIMITED DEFECT WARRANTY (INITIAL DEFECTS ONLY)
Notwithstanding the disclaimers above, FUDEKAMI STATIONERY provides a limited warranty only for defects or damage present at delivery.
Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
After this period, products are deemed accepted and no warranty, refund, or replacement will be provided.
This limited warranty does NOT cover:

wear and tear

maintenance-related problems

user handling errors

performance issues caused by use
Our sole obligation is, at our discretion:

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
