OHTO is a Japanese writing instrument manufacturer founded in 1919. 
In 1964, the company developed the world’s first water-based ballpoint pen (rollerball).

It is also well known for its needle-point tip technology and carries out everything in-house, from nib production and ink development to assembly. OHTO is also recognized for producing high-quality products with excellent cost performance.

The OHTO “TL01” is one of the world’s smallest knock-type ballpoint pens. It combines a compact size with practical functionality, making it a convenient writing instrument for carrying.

- Mini size with an overall length of approx. 91mm. It can be easily carried in a card case, wallet, or pouch. 
- Equipped with refill (R-4C5NP, φ0.5mm, black), featuring a fine needle-point tip for precise writing. The slim tip design makes it suitable for writing small characters and use in planners. 
- Smooth writing with oil-based soft ink. Uses low-viscosity oil-based ink (soft ink) for effortless writing with light pressure. 
- Refillable knock-type mechanism for long-term use. Despite its compact size, it offers practical functionality. 
- Includes a dedicated pen holder. A card-sized holder is provided, allowing it to be stored in a card case or wallet.

- Do not write with the nib facing upward, as it may cause ink leakage.
- When carrying the pen, make sure the nib is retracted to prevent staining clothing or other items.
- For writing purposes only; do not use for other applications.
